All of our packages roll-over each month meaning once you sign up you are fully covered, forever.

That’s absolutely fine. There are no contracts so if you need to cancel your package for whatever reason just get in touch.

We don’t offer trial periods – although we do sometimes have special offers – however it’s super easy to sign up and cancel if the packages are not right for you.

Our first aim will be to review your existing website and online marketing and compare it with your competitors. Once we have defined your business positioning we will put a custom plan together for you. This step usually takes 7-10 working days.

We will review your website and your competitors and then put together some new mock-ups for your brand new site. Along with this we will also put together a timeline for new content which we will add to your site on a regular basis.

We will work with you to add blogs, landing pages and other content to your site each month to help it rank higher. We can also assist in updating banners and other graphics as necessary.

Pretty much. We can work with you on WordPress sites, and commerce sites such as Shopify or Magento. We can also work on Squarespace, Wix and other custom build sites.

We take payment using our payment processor Stripe. When you select to pay via Stripe it will set up a recurring subscription to charge you the monthly package amount each month.

The first payment will be taken once we have spoken to you and submitted your custom plan to you. We will never start a payment without going through everything in detail with you.

If you cancel before we have started on your project nothing will happen. If you cancel after the first 30 days then any domains and hosted we have set up on your behalf will be suspended. Please note any services such as domains, hosting and email which we have registered on your behalf will remain with us once you cancel your monthly package. There is a discretionary fee we charge for their release to you should you need them.
